Software Support Manager
Dina Dixon works with Fortune 500 companies to meet complex business needs on schedule and within budget. While supporting customers for the seventh largest pure-play software firm in the world, Dina organizes, facilitates, and leads a Customer Advisory Board to build customer relationships and understand customer perspectives. Providing a positive customer experience is Dina's daily purpose.
During leisure time, Dina enjoys cheering for her daughter at swim meets and volunteering at the school library.
Dina is currently pursuing her MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School to complement her BS in Computer Science from UMBC.cc
